After meeting both Matt and Jenn, we couldn’t wait to meet all of their friends and family.  We knew if they were anything like these two, their wedding would be a blast from the moment we walked in.  They certainly didn’t disappoint 🙂

Both Matt and Jenn agreed that waiting to see each other until the ceremony was the way they wanted to start their wedding day story.  Matt had an awesome picture of the two of them beautifully drawn as his gift to his bride, I just had to share because its so unique and such a wonderful idea!

The girls decided to send a picture through text message to Matt of themselves holding up signs that said “Just wait till you see her”!  Such a clever idea 🙂  Jenn is absolutely gorgeous and we had such an amazing time photographing her in the morning.  Her flowers and color scheme was one of our favorites this season.

The skies opened up during the ceremony, it POURED! of course only to give some luck to the bride and groom 🙂 The rains cleared up just in time for us to spend an hour outside capturing the whole group and these two love birds alone.  Springfield Country Club is a fantastic venue and the best part is Jenn’s parents also celebrated their wedding at that same location before Jenn was even a sparkle in their eyes!

Jenn had some Pinterest ideas and we put our own twist on them.  We always storyboard with our couples and we love collaborating with our couples.  Matt and Jenn trusted our creative eye and we put together a fabulous story through images.

Springfield Country Club always offers great service, we work closely with the entire team and they didn’t rush us for a minute when we were on the course taking photographs.  The ballroom was beautiful and with our uplights everything just popped. Matt and Jenn were able to enjoy their entire cocktail hour and mingle with all of their guests.  If being a part of your cocktail hour is important we can promise to get you there!

Matt and Jenn aren’t just a great couple they’re now part of our family.  We couldn’t be happier for you both and wish you everything amazing that life has to offer you.
