We are so excited to share this week’s #WeddingWednesday post with everyone!  We’ve been wanting to photograph The Olde Bar for quite some time and we got the perfect opportunity with Sarah & Tony…

We started the day at two different locations before heading to church.  We had the perfect amount of time to capture all things prep, and build up all the feels before the official “I do’s”

Tony and Sarah were married at the church Sarah grew up in…just another special detail to their special day.

After the ceremony we headed to The Olde Bar for portraits…We just loved how unique the space was…just not enough time in the day to get everything, but we’re thrilled with our results.

We can’t forget to mention our INCREDIBLE couple and bridal party…they were up for pretty much anything we threw at them which always guarantees a awesome photo session.

We decided to hit the Merchant Exchange Building before the cocktail hour and once again it didn’t disappoint…

We sent the group back to prepare for cocktail hour but had to keep the newlyweds for a few more…keep scrolling… !!!

The walk back sure didn’t let us down either…

The Olde Bar was set to the nines, with every detail triple checked.  We were also thrilled to see Todd Frederick with Silver Sound DJ’s behind the turntables…the always means the night’s entertainment will be PERFECTION.

The reception was flawless, and honestly…every.single.person was on the dance floor until the very end.

It was hard to pull them away but we had to snap this iconic BOOKBINDERS image before the night closed.

Congratulations Sarah & Tony!  You both are beautiful on the inside and out, we’re thrilled to have been a part of your wedding day.

xoxo

We’re changing it up this week with a #TBT post instead.  We’re revisiting a favorite of ours from Cescaphe Event Group’s venue Down Town Club…meet Nicole and Michael!

And you’re not crazy, if you recognize a few of these faces it’s because some are past clients and bridesmaids of ours!  In fact, that’s how Nicole came to learn about our work.  Thanks Christina & Adam!

Both Nicole and Michael prepared for their big day at the Sheraton Society Hill and decided to wait until the aisle to lay eyes on each other…

Fast forward a few short hours and we’re finally at that moment in St. Rita’s of Cascia where they’ll lay eyes on each other for the first time…nothing like a long walk to build up even more emotion!

The ceremony was beautiful and we couldn’t pass on the opportunity to photograph some moments of the newlyweds at their gorgeous church.

We had talked about a few spots for portraits between the ceremony and reception…first up was Broad Street in front of City Hall and next the steps of the Union League.

We had a bridal party that was pretty much up for anything and we took full advantage.  Next stop was the First Bank of Philadelphia, and probably our favorite of the day.  Its just something about those columns…certainly doesn’t hurt to have a perfect couple to photograph either!

We couldn’t miss Cescaphe Event Group’s famous cocktail hour so we made sure to get everyone back in time to enjoy.

Everything about Down Town Club screams classic elegance.  The perfect backdrop to a black tie event.  We can’t say enough about the staff and entire experience, they’re really second to none.

Guests were on their feet from beginning to end, and a special mummers performance really got the crowd going.    It truly was an awesome event.

Congratulations Nicole and Michael! It was such a pleasure getting to know you both and having the opportunity to photograph this incredible moment in your life…here’s to many many more in your lifetime ahead.

It’s a rainy Wednesday today so our #WeddingWednesday calls for sun!  This week we’re sharing Stacey and Rob’s wedding at Hotel Du Village

Both Rob and Stacey spent the morning getting ready at Hotel Du Village.  We stayed separated in preparation for the big reveal.

These two were super nervous but couldn’t wait to lay eyes on each other!

The grounds at Hotel Du Village are the perfect backdrop for any photograph, but especially for the ones we snapped during their reveal…

…it was everything that they hoped it would be!

We had the bridal party waiting in the wings for portraits, and finished out the session with some laughs before heading to the streets of New Hope.

Everyone loves a bride in white, the tourists and locals of New Hope were certainly no exception, just ate her up!

We returned to Hotel Du Village for their outdoor ceremony that was beautiful from start to finish.  Stacey’s face in these moments say it all!

No doubt these are the smiles of newlyweds!

Hotel Du Village is an amazing venue, from the grounds to the food and especially the staff.  Not a single detail was left to chance.

The dance floor was packed from start to finish, and you can bet there was a smile on every single face.

A fire pit and sparklers, what better way to cap off the night…

Congratulations Stacey and Rob!  It was an incredible day and we’re honored to have been a part of it all.

We’re super excited to share this week’s #WeddingWednesday couple with all of you…Everyone, meet Andrea and Alec!

Their wedding at Radnor Hotel was perfect, from the moment we arrived until our hugs at the end.  It was pretty spectacular.

We planned for a first reveal to happen in Radnor Hotel’s courtyard garden, it’s the perfect spot for portraits, and the best part is you just hop on an elevator and you’re there…

This private moment between Alec and Andrea was beautiful and we’re so excited with the results…priceless reaction 🙂

We had the bridal party waiting in the wings for a portrait session and they were certainly up for anything we threw at them.

The parasols were the best prop, all the colors worked so well together and really made everything pop.  We love when couples add a little something extra to the mix!

We wrapped up their portrait session and prepared for the ceremony which was also held outside in Radnor Hotel‘s Courtyard.  How beautiful!?!?!

Mazel Tov!

Their reception was amazing, we have to mention the incredible staff at Radnor Hotel…Their service and food is award winning and guests are still raving about Alec and Andrea’s wedding.

As always, we had to get outside for one last photo op…everyone loves a nightime shot, and one in the rain to boot!

Congratulations Andrea and Alec!  We’re thrilled to have been a part of your special day.

So excited to share Kylie and Eric’s wedding at Tendenza with you for today’s #WeddingWednesday.  Nothing like being surrounded by giggles on your wedding day!

Those smiles certainly set the tone for the rest of the day.  Every detail was beautiful and we might have been more excited for their first reveal at Race Street Pier then they were!

…ok we digress, maybe not as much but it was pretty close, how beautiful are these two…

We set the stage for the big reveal, and again the smiles tell it all.  We had a few minutes to photograph Kylie and Eric before we headed to Old St. Joe’s for their ceremony.

We had a great timeline to work with and were able to capitalize on all things historic Philadelphia.  We utilized First Bank, their incredible columns and staircase, as well as it’s perfect surroundings.

The sunlight this time of year is so golden yellow, there’s something about summer sun that we can’t seem to get enough of.

Kylie and Eric were troopers, we were so excited with everything we laid our eyes on and they were happy to oblige our creative eye.  Working with couples who appreciate photography makes for the perfect match.

We finished up with a walk back to the limo to head to Tendenza, and caught this moment to put the cherry on top of the whole day…

Tendenza is one of Cescaphe Event Group’s Premier Wedding Venues, they’re top notch when it comes to weddings and events and they are always absolute perfection.  And wonderful to work with!

All of their guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves from the moment they arrived.  We had quite the entertainment for our lenses!

Congratulations Kylie and Eric!  Your wedding day was beautiful and we’re honored to have been a part of it.
