It’s #WeddingWednesday and we’re showcasing a beautiful wedding at French Creek Golf Club in Elverson, PA.  Nikki and Andy’s wedding was perfection!

french-creek-golf-club-wedding-bride-photosWe spent the early afternoon getting ready in French Creek Golf Club’s newly updated bridal suite and prepared for the moment Andy and Nikki would see each other.

The stage for the big reveal was set at the spring house on the grounds of French Creek Golf Club.  It was the perfect setting and a little rain wasn’t going to turn us away!

french-creek-golf-club-wedding-springhousefrench-creek-golf-club-wedding-first-revealOne of my favorite parts about this wedding was Nikki and Andy’s choice to not have a bridal party, and keep it intimate as just the two of them.  They celebrated their wedding day with just each other by their side.

french-creek-golf-club-wedding-photographyWe had the opportunity to tour the grounds this past summer and knew all the locations we wanted to hit…so we jumped in a few golf carts and had an amazing time photographing this amazing couple before their ceremony.

french-creek-golf-club-weddingWe were so excited when we met Andy and Nikki, their idea for their wedding day and their vision for different and unexpected photos is what made them fall in love with us and us with them.  Nothing better than a couple who appreciates an artist and just let us roll whats in our heart.

french-creek-golf-club-wedding-photoschester-county-farm-wedding-photographyTheir intimate ceremony was beautiful and their reception was nothing less.  We had an incredible night with their family and friends thanks in part to Dan Breslin of SilverSound DJs who played only the best music to dance to!

french-creek-golf-club-wedding-receptionAs awesome as the day was, my favorite part was their goodbye session outside on the pond as it got dark…

french-creek-golf-club-wedding-photo…stunning and timeless, that’s what we can guarantee.

french-creek-golf-club-wedding-imagesCongratulations Nikki & Andy!  We wish you both nothing but the best in your new life as husband and wife.

#WeddingWednesday this week showcases Patrick and Maggie’s wedding at the Chubb Hotel and Conference Center.

chubb-hotel-and-conference-center-wedding-brideWe spent the first part of the day with the bride and groom getting ready in the homes they grew up in.  There’s something about starting your wedding day in your childhood home that just means so much.

chubb-hotel-and-conference-center-wedding-bride-photosIf you follow our weekly posts you probably recognize Maggie and Patrick, we’ve had the privilege of photographing 2 of Patrick’s bothers, so we like to say we’re officially a part of the Lewis Clan 🙂

chubb-hotel-and-conference-center-wedding-groomThe ceremony was beautiful and we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to photograph all of the guests on the steps of the church.  We can wrangle even the rowdiest of crowds, and if you want a photo of all of your guests together, we’ve got it covered.

chubb-hotel-and-conference-center-wedding-ceremonyWe headed out to the Chubb Hotel and Conference Center for the portrait session and reception.  The grounds at Chubb are perfect for photos and we’re in love with the bridge on the course!

chubb-hotel-and-conference-center-wedding-photographyWe knew Patrick and Maggie wanted to be a part of their cocktail hour so we made sure to utilize their time the best way possible and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

chubb-hotel-and-conference-center-wedding-photographerWe LOVE the Italian market style lights and decor…as photographers we’re lighting specialists and love when clients appreciate light as much as we do!

chubb-hotel-and-conference-center-wedding-receptionWe were entertained by the band Touche from the moment the party started and the dance floor stayed PACKED until the very end, it couldn’t have been better!

chubb-hotel-and-conference-centerCongratulations Patrick and Maggie, your wedding was beautiful and we’re so thrilled to have been a special part in it all.

all the best to you bother for forever.

It’s #WeddingWednesday posting time and this week we’re sharing Katie & Jason’s wedding at The Wellwood Club in Maryland.

the-wellwood-club-wedding-brideKatie and Jason spent the morning hours in separate places and prepared for their big day surrounded by their closest family and friends and some that traveled from states away!

the-wellwood-club-wedding-bride-photosWhile the girls were a bit more reserved, Jason and his fellow sports fans, or I should say groomsmen, were thoroughly enjoying themselves while getting ready for the wedding.

the-wellwood-club-groomThe Wellwood Club is a GORGEOUS venue sitting on the North River of the Chesapeake Bay.  Their waterfront ceremony site is heavenly.

the-wellwood-club-wedding-ceremonyWe took advantage of the cocktail hour to photograph the bride and groom on their walk out to the pier…simply the best!the-wellwood-club-wedding-photographyMother nature was certainly good to us this day!

chesapeake-bay-maryland-weddingJason and Katie were up for anything and we seriously could have kept going with their portrait session until dark…though I think we might say that every week!

chesapeake-bay-wedding-photographerTheir reception was thoroughly enjoyed by all of their guests and especially entertained by Jason’s mother who led the choreographed 80’s & 90’s hits dance 🙂  Shout out to Kevin with Silversound DJs for keeping that dance floor packed for us all night!

the-wellwood-club-wedding-reception-photosWe have to thank the wonderful staff at The Wellwood Club for also taking us out to all the special spots for the sunset and also at the PERFECT time.  These were some of our favorites from the day!

the-wellwood-club-wedding-photographerCongratulations Jason & Katie, it was such a pleasure getting to know you both and spending one of the best days of your life right there with you!

Our #WeddingWednesday post this week features Gina & Chris’s wedding at Columbia Station…it was nothing short of perfect from the moment I arrived.

columbia-station-wedding-bride-photosThe beauty of this job isn’t the extravagant details that change every week or even my passion for photography, it’s the people.  I have never met someone quite like Gina, and I can’t tell you how lucky I am to have been a part of her special day.  I knew after only a few moments that she was my spirit animal and there were many times no words were exchanged but I knew exactly what she was thinking…nothing is a coincidence.

columbia-station-wedding-brideThere’s something incredibly special about being so beautiful and not knowing it, and being so kind and selfless that even on your own wedding day you forget that it’s really about you.  For Gina it was never about the perfect dress, the beautiful church or the amazing venue…it was always just about marrying her best friend and soulmate, Chris.  Honestly, it’s was a real life fairy tale.

We spent the early part of the afternoon giggling while we got ready for the day.  It was a beautiful thing to watch both Chris and Gina prepare to say “I Do”.
columbia-station-wedding-bride-prep-photosChris spent his hours before the ceremony enjoying the company of his friends and family as they wished him well on his new adventure.
columbia-station-wedding-groomSt. Joseph’s Prep was the location for their ceremony and the images speak for themselves…gorgeous.

saint-josephs-prep-wedding-ceremonysaint-joes-prep-weddingWhen you’re in such an extraordinary space, it’s hard not to use every.single.second. to capture it as best you can… and when you have a couple as perfect as Chris and Gina you take full advantage of the moment.

saint-joes-prep-wedding-ceremonyWe shipped off to Columbia Station for portraits and couldn’t wait to use the train station backdrop for another session.

columbia-station-weddingcolumbia-station-wedding-photographerThe opportunities for photos are endless at Columbia Station in Phoenixville.  Robert Ryan Catering has done an incredible job with the space and the recent upgrades to it’s grounds make for beautiful photographs.

columbia-station-wedding-photosWhile the bridal party stole away to enjoy the cocktail hour we were able to capture the details of the room…

columbia-station-wedding-receptionThe party was incredible thanks in part to Walt Breslin with SilverSound DJs…there’s nothing better than great music and someone who keeps the dancefloor packed all night long.

columbia-station-wedding-reception-photosGina and Chris, your wedding was was spectacular just like your love, thank you so much for including us in your special day…it was truly an honor.
columbia-station-wedding-caboose-photosAnd Gina, your Dad is so proud.
