Engagement Sessions are a great way to get to know your photographer, but even better yet, its a way for photographers to get to know their couples. Locations for engagement sessions also tell you a lot about the bride and groom. Denise and Michael’s engagement session last year did just that. When they told us about their idea for Grounds for Sculpture in Trenton, NJ we couldn’t wait!
We had a blast walking around the gardens and recreating famous sculptures…Denise and Michael wanted something different from the stereotypical e-session photographs, and the Grounds for Sculpture was the perfect spot.
We can’t believe how fast their wedding day came…and from past experience, we knew they would have a ton of creative ideas for their big day! We spent the morning getting ready at the Radnor Hotel with Michael and the guys, and Denise’s growing up home with her parents and bridesmaids.
Everyone was so excited for the day, the weather was fantastic and Michael couldn’t wait to lay his eyes on his bride for the first time at St. Matthew’s in Conshohocken.
The ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and we loved catching the two love birds enjoying the homily and the excitement of officially being husband and wife.
We had a permit for Valley Forge National Historical Park and couldn’t wait to get in front of the Classic Jaguar with the whole bridal party. How incredible is that car?!?!?!
We had more than enough time to capture amazing images and get everyone back in time to enjoy the cocktail hour. Radnor Hotel has an amazing outdoor space and the passed hors d’oeuvres and action stations were fantastic. Denise and Michael’s choreographed first dance was a show stopper for sure…the evening was amazing from start to finish.
Congratulations to you both! We wish you nothing but the best and look forward to hearing about all the awesome future adventures you two have together!
xoxo
